End User Licence Agreement

Licence for Valgrind clients (web, iOS, and Android). The Terms of Service still govern the account.

Effective 12 October 2026

Archstone Labs Ltd licences Valgrind client applications to you from 12 October 2026. This EULA is part of the Terms of Service.

1. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the client for your organisation’s Valgrind workspace. We remain the owner of the software.

2. App stores

If you download a client from Apple or Google, their store terms also apply between you and that store. Apple and Google are not parties to this EULA and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Valgrind. They are third-party beneficiaries of the store-required licence restrictions.

3. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the client except with a valid Valgrind account. Acceptable Use Policy rules apply in the client as they do in the browser.

4. Updates

We may require you to update the client to keep using the service. Older versions may stop working.

5. The rest of the contract

Disclaimers, liability, governing law, and termination are as in the Terms of Service. If this EULA conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control except where an app store requires otherwise.
