This disclaimer applies to valgrind.io from 12 October 2026. It does not replace the Terms of Service.
1. Marketing pages
Archstone Labs Ltd describes Valgrind in good faith. Product pages, screenshots, and footage may show features that are live, in public beta, coming soon, or future. Status labels on the site control. Coming-soon and future products are not a commitment to ship on a date.
2. Compliance tools
Audit logs, legal hold, Verify, and related workspace tools help you run your own compliance programme. They are not legal advice and do not by themselves make your organisation GDPR-compliant or an authorised AML firm. You remain responsible for your processing, notices, licences, and lawful bases. Verify checks run through an identity-verification provider we engage.
3. Public beta
CRM is in public beta. Availability, accuracy, and completeness are not guaranteed. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.
4. Third parties
Valgrind depends on third parties including Convex, WorkOS, Stripe, identity-verification providers, and storage vendors. If they fail, parts of the service fail. There is no public uptime promise. Enterprise customers may get a separate SLA. We are not responsible for third-party services except as the Terms and DPA say.
